Care Park respects and protects the privacy of our users and customers. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect all information acquired. This policy also describes our information maintenance and handling procedures.

The term “Personal Information” in this privacy policy means any information from which users or
customers’ identity is apparent or can be reasonably ascertained.


Care Park may collect Personal Information in the ordinary course of providing our services to our users and customers. This may include when a user or customer opens a monthly parking account and consequently enters into a parking agreement with us; or in the everyday dealings and enquiries with us over the telephone, emails or by visiting us in person.

Personal Information is collected from individual users and customers; and is used for the purposes for which information is provided to us; and for internal management purposes, which includes but is not limited to customer service improvements, marketing and promotional initiatives, quality assurance monitoring and enhancements and consumer and market research.

Other than circumstances such as unlawful activity or serious threats to health and safety, we do not share Personal Information with other government agencies. Care Park will only facilitate in providing users and customers with the necessary contact information of such other government agencies, if so required by the users or customers themselves.


The information collected depends on the services rendered. This may include contact information such as their name, address, email address and mobile number; and vehicle details such as vehicle registration number. When a customer uses our website or is a registered Spot4U user, we may also collect the customer’s credit card details.

Unsolicited personal information received by Care Park without us taking any active steps to collect such information may be collected if the Privacy Act allows. If the Privacy Act does not allow the retention of such information, it is our policy to destroy


At all times we strive to ensure that the information we hold about our users and customers are accurate, complete and up-to-date. If users and customers identify that the information held is inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date, we encourage them to advise us of the inconsistencies immediately and in writing. Care Park endeavours to instantaneously update our records with any changes to information provided.


Care Park ensures that all reasonable measures are taken to protect Personal Informationfrom misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This is achieved through:

  • Ensuring that access to Personal Information is only limited to Care Park personnel who is required to deal with such information in order to carry out their responsibilities to enable Care Park’s services to be provided;
  • Personnel dealing with the Personal Information is informed of Care Park’s Privacy Policy and is aware of the applicable legislations and privacy laws relating to the collection, use, disclosure and handling of Personal Information;
  • All information collected electronically is stored on Care Park’s secured cloud server. Care Park currently holds personal information in hard copy paper files in drawers and cabinets, electronic databases and email contact lists. Access to physically stored records or information is restricted to authorised Care Park personnel only.
  • We are constantly updating and testing our security technology on an on-going basis. Care Park applies the use of firewalls, anti-virus software and login and password protection, secure office access and data protection policies


When using the Care Park website or the Spot4U online pre-booking system, we use “cookies” to collect information. Cookies are sent to the user’s or customer’s browser from our website or Spot4U website and stored on the user’s hard drive. Customers and users may modify their browser settings to refuse all cookies when using our website. Care Park does not guarantee the absolute security of transmission of users’ and customers’ Personal Information over the Internet.
